We were licensed for the ministry in June of 1979. 1978 we became the pastors of Ramona Valley Christian Center under the covering of our pastor “Butch” Robert Pluimer. We were Ordained in 1982 with Open Bible Standard Churches. We also have been ordained by Vineyard Christian Fellowship Santa Rosa, Northern California, for many years. Duane was raised in the church and was saved in 1947 or 1948 at one of Billy Graham’s first meetings in the Hollywood Bowl. Marlene came into the faith as a Jew in 1972. She and I both love to teach the word of God and we love to see God through the eyes of each church we speak in as this makes us experience more of Him and gives us a more complete picture of the God we serve.
